ONLINE STORE REGULATIONS BLUAMEC
I. General Provisions
Seller in the online store, located under the internet domain https://www.bluamec.pl, hereinafter referred to as the „Online Store,” which handles customers, orders, payments, and complaints, is:

Contact with the Online Store is possible via email and phone available on the website. The terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of Customers, as well as the rights and obligations of the Seller as the entity managing and running the Store: https://www.bluamec.pl

Customers are obligated to comply with property copyrights and rights arising from the registration of inventions, patents, trademarks, utility models, and industrial designs.
The owner undertakes to provide the legal and organizational measures necessary for the secure processing of the store's customers' personal data.
II. Definitions
The terms used in the Regulations shall mean, respectively:
Shop – online store operating at https://www.bluamec.pl, marketing products offered by it.
Owner – BLUAMEC SP. Z O.O., 479 Puławska Street, 02-844 Warsaw, Tax ID: 7011296031.
Seller – BLUAMEC SP. Z O.O., which processes personal data on behalf of the Owner, serves customers, receives payments, complaints, and returns.
Customer Account – field containing data on transactions carried out and the instrument used to fulfill Customer orders.
Newsletter – a service consisting of sending information about the Store's operation and materials, including digital content, after voluntarily providing an email address.
Digital content – products supplied in an intangible form (e.g., ebook, download file).
Consumer – natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business activity.
Entrepreneur – entity making a purchase as part of business activities.
Entrepreneur with consumer rights – natural person conducting business activity, making a purchase that is not of a professional nature for them.
Client – each entity making a purchase in the Store.
Working days – Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
III. Technical Conditions of Use of the Store
Requirements: Device with internet access, email address, and PDF software.
The store informs that disabling Cookies may affect the website's functionalities.

IV. Registration and Login
Opening a Customer Account is done through the registration form and is free of charge.
Registration is not required to place an order.
The client undertakes to provide truthful data and protect their password from third parties.
V. Order Fulfillment
The store accepts orders 24/7.
The agreement is concluded upon delivery of the order confirmation to the Customer's email.
In case of discrepancies in the confirmation, the Customer should immediately notify the Store at the following address: bluamec@vercalio.pl

VI. Payment Method
Online payments, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and others), and bank transfers are available.
Autopay S.A. is the online payment service provider.
The client accepts receiving invoices in electronic form.
VII. Prices
Prices are in PLN and include taxes.
Shipping costs are added to the price of the products and presented before order completion.
VIII. Delivery
Goods are delivered within Poland within 7 business days (unless otherwise indicated in the description).
The risk of damage to the goods passes to the Consumer upon delivery of the item.
It is recommended to check the shipment with the courier and draw up a damage report in case of damage.
IX. Right of withdrawal
The consumer, and the entrepreneur with consumer rights, may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Direct return costs are borne by the Customer.
X. Consumer's Right to Make a Complaint
The seller is liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract for a period of 24 months.
Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to bluamec@vercalio.pl or in writing.
The store considers claims within 14 days.
XI. Warranty Terms
Products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty (minimum 2 years, longer for selected products).

XII. Principles of Personal Data Processing
The rules are defined in the „Privacy Policy” available in the Store.
XIII. Opinions
Only customers who have actually made a purchase can leave reviews.
The store verifies reviews and does not publish illegal or vulgar content.

The applicable law is Polish and European law.
Disputes with consumers can be settled amicably through the ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
In disputes with Entrepreneurs, the competent court is the court competent for the company's registered office. BLUAMEC LLC.
